If you’re the kind of sports fan who likes to keep tabs on how your teams are doing, the RUWT? Sports Toolbar (version 2.3) is a great Firefox Add-on for you. RUWT? stands for “are you watching this?” It’s a toolbar that tracks scores, game times, and news related to all your favorite sports. Track your choice of up to 13 sports: auto racing, baseball, football, hockey, and college basketball.

My favorite part of RUWT is the feature that tells you how good the game is going to be. With clever color-coded categories like Severe (“drop everything you’re doing… find the nearest TV post-haste”) and High (“this game is definitely worth watching”), RUWT helps me decide which games I really have to see.

I’m looking forward to using RUWT to help me keep track of my favorite college ball teams as March Madness 2010 kicks off tomorrow. May the best team win!
