Bookmarking is a pretty standard browser feature that lets you save Web pages in a list, then tag and organize them. Let’s say you’re researching pewter rattles made in New England in the 1800s. All the sites you find can be saved, opened and tagged together: “Rattle”. It’s a great concept, and a relief to many new users. Bookmarking is built into Firefox, but…
Everyone likes to make a good thing better. That’s how the ice cream sundae was invented, and it’s the thinking behind spinning rims, diamond earrings, crown molding and Hawaiian helicopter tours. For some browser bookmarking bling, check out Delicious Bookmarks.
This add-on lets you search and browse your Delicious bookmarks right from your browser, plus keep up to date with your “Network” and “Links for You”. Access bookmarks from any computer at any time (thanks to your bookmarks page on the Delicious website), share bookmarks, and import existing Firefox bookmarks. Bookmarks stay synced among all access points.
To make a new bookmark, just click ‘Tag’:

Then add any tags or notes and hit save:

Click the Sidebar button (see labels on first image above) and browse bookmarks or enter keywords to search.

The toolbar gives quick access to bookmarks via your Favorite Tags or bundles:

Status bar icons in the bottom right of your browser take you to the Delicious website, and notify you about new activity in your network and inbox.

Bookmarking changed browsing, but it can always be better. Give Delicious Bookmarks a try.
