Browsing with Firefox makes your mobile life a whole lot easier. But once you find what you need, you’ve got places to go and people to meet — you may not want to run multiple apps on your phone all at once.
With Quit Firefox for Mobile, Firefox will quit when you press the “close” button (the little red X) on the last open tab or choose “Quit” from the main menu.
Android OS automatically pauses applications when they are in the background, and closes them when free memory is needed, so most users shouldn’t need to quit applications. But for developers, testers and add-on authors, it’s useful to have a quick way to quit and restart Firefox on their mobile devices.
